SALES ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Create Sales Orders when a deposit payment is made towards an order and manage it up until payment is received in full, at which point the Sales Order is converted into an Invoice.
Sales Orders have the flexibility of adding, editing and deleting backordered items if the items have not been received from the Supplier. Changes made to Sales Orders would automatically reflect in the Back Order and Purchase Order screens.
Specify products to be on “Clearance” with special pricing and maintain a separate inventory for it.
Be notified when creating a Quotation or Sales Order, if Clearance stock is available for the chosen product.
Track all incoming shipments for Backorders and instantly notify customers of items received.
Keep track of items shipped and picked-up by Customers with date and timestamp to avoid confusion.
Manage Sales Associate’s commission amounts based on their sales and the keep track of the salary amounts paid. Get accurate commission figures based on Sales minus Returns.
Get full details of all the invoices and returns pertaining to the figures displayed. If more than one Sales Associate is involved with the sale, commissions can be divided accordingly.
DIGITAL SIGNATURE CAPTURE:
Allows Customers to sign on a digital pad when taking delivery of products and the system would store their electronic signatures for easy retrieval along with date and accurate time.

BACK ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Know at any given time what needs to ordered from the Suppliers and for whom.
Manage Back Orders and create instant notifications to customers of the status. Convert Back Orders to Supplier Purchase Orders.
Raise Purchase Orders when ordering from Suppliers with prices automatically calculated according to the percentage off of the MSRP with each Supplier.
Purchase Orders are generated for Backorders and can also be generated for showroom inventory.
Reconciliation feature when invoice from Supplier is received allows to make sure the accuracy of figures.
Handle Returns and Refunds with accuracy. Apply restocking fee, specify if Returns are to be sent back to Supplier or added into inventory.
If item is to be returned to Supplier, track credit note or refunds with RAN (Return Authorization Number)
Scan UPC (Universal Product Code) directly into a Sales Order to retrieve product information or scan an internally generated barcode for each product.
Barcode Lookup functionality for display products allows Sales Personal to give product details (price, availability etc.,) in a quick second instead of flipping through catalogue books to identify the product and searching for availability.
Specify storage location of each product in your warehouse when receiving products from the Supplier and also where you are storing inventory products.
Know at any given time of where a product is stored for the Customer or inventory with a simple click. Change storage location of product by a quick update. Eliminate the problem of running around the warehouse searching for products.

Protect your profit margins by simply assigning the maximum discount applicable to Customers.
The system would monitor the maximum amount and should the Sales Person go over the allocated amount for whatever reason, the system would notify the user and also alert the Administrator. This will prevent sales staff from giving deep discounts just to make their commission numbers.
Jacob takes care of all Net Pricing products that have deeper discounts based on the different quantities and does the necessary calculations when Purchase Orders are generated.
System also prompts the User when the Net Pricing product is added to Sales Orders in order to take advantage and stock-up on the products for bigger savings that relate to bigger profits.
